2. Returns must be sent within 14 days after the withdrawal notification.
3. The costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Refund

1. After receiving and checking the return shipment, SP Acrylics will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.
2. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the entire order is returned.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

1. If a product is damaged or delivered incorrectly, the consumer must report this to SP Acrylics within 48 hours of receipt.
2. In that case, SP Acrylics will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or a refund.

7. Unclaimed or Incorrectly Addressed Orders

1. If an order is returned due to an incorrectly provided address or failure to pick up a package, SP Acrylics may charge additional costs.
2. A refund will be issued after deducting the shipping and administrative costs incurred.
